QUAD RATE 159.00 + applicable taxes

Please make sure to confirm these rates by mentioning you are attending the 2016 Ken®vention. The “cut-off date” for reserving rooms is 5:00 p.m. local time at Hotel on September 11, 2016.

CHECK-IN

Check-in 3:00 P.M. Check-out 12:00 P.M. Pets up to 80 pounds are allowed. Guests must sign a waiver upon check-in. A $75 refundable deposit is also taken upon check-in.

Shipping and Receiving

Charges incurred shall be applied to the receiver of material, thus, applied to an individual guest room.

If storage exceeds 2 days, a $25 per item/day storage fee will be added. The weights will be taken off the FedEx, UPS or DHL boxes. Other packages that come from another source without weight information, weights will be determined by the hotel scale.
